Maria Tapia, a native of Santiago, Chile, has worked in the tax and accounting field since 2003. With decades of hands-on experience in individual and business tax preparation, she built Trust Tax Service on integrity, accuracy, and long-term client relationships.
Maria later welcomed her daughter, Sofia Tapia-Romero, as co-owner.
Both Maria and Sofia are IRS-authorized Certifying Acceptance Agents, authorized to process ITIN (W-7) applications. They are professional tax preparers fully bilingual in English and Spanish, serving individuals, families, entrepreneurs, and growing businesses throughout North Carolina.
